THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Maria Achieng Ocharo and (2) Juliet Adoyo Ocharo, both of P.O. Box 54544–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 8534/48, situate in Migori in the south of Nyanza District, by virtue of a grant, registered as IRN 2576/12, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
