THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Gitau Waweru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.19 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Dagoretti/Thogoto/T. 130, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E326 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Winnie Nyaguthi Waweru, (2) Olive Woki Kienga, (3) Alice Wangui, (4) Julia Njeri Nguku and (5) Agnes Gathoni Waweru, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Thomas Gitau Waweru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Winnie Nyaguthi Waweru, (2) Olive Woki Kienga, (3) Alice Wangui, (4) Julia Njeri Nguku and (5) Agnes Gathoni Waweru, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Thomas Gitau Waweru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
