GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1136

WHEREAS Njiru Kugocha alias Njiru Kugocha (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the Sub-county of Mbeere, known as Evurore/Evurore/601, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Siakago in Succession Cause No. E151 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Emilio Nthiga Njiru and (2) Beatrice Wamugo Njiru, and whereas the court executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Njiru Kugocha alias Njiru Kugocha (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Emilio Nthiga Njiru and (2) Beatrice Wamugo Njiru,, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njiru Kugocha alias Njiru Kugocha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
