THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Sironka Kamwaro (ID/0151257), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.165 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Narok, known as Cis Mara/Oleleshwa/1045, and whereas the issuance of the title deed to one Silvia Salach Parmuat (ID/36326373) was done fraudulently, and whereas notices have been issued to them to surrender the said land title deed, the same have been ignored, notice is given that after expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed to register and issue a land title deed to James Sironka Kamwaro, and the land title deed issued earlier to Silvia Salach Parmuat (ID/36326373), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
