REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Ochanda Onduto, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Wangaya 1/4463, situate in the county of Kisumu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kisumu in Cause No. 349 of 2013 has issued an Order for revocation of grant dated the 15th October, 2019, to Wilson Ochanda Onduto and to be transferred back to Ojuki Opiyo (deceased), notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the day hereof, provided that no valid objections have been received within that period, I tend to dispense with the production of the said and title to Ojuki Opiyo (deceased), and upon such registration the and titles deed issued Wilson Ochanda Onduto shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
