THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Nganga Mungai, is registered as proprietor in of all that piece of land known as Bahati/Bahati Block 1/1138, situate in Nakuru District, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in E.L.C Suit No. 319 of 2016 decreed that the land be registered in the name of the petitioner in the estate of Daniel Kagundu Muthee (deceased), whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to register the estate of (Daniel Kagundu Muthee (deceased) and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said George Nganga Mungai shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
