NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 459, in Volume DI, Folio 970/3809, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Amollo Gabriel Menya, of P.O. Box 195– 40400, Migori in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gabriel Onyango, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Gabriel Onyango and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amollo Gabriel Menya for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Amollo Gabriel Menya only.
