NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 477, in Volume DI, Folio 16/137, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Belindah Kadi Karera (guardian), on behalf of Christopher James Lusenaka (minor), formerly known as Christopher Nonso Nwekeoma, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Christopher Nonso Nwekeoma and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christopher James Lusenaka for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Christopher James Lusenaka only.
