NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 76, in Volume B-13, Folio 2474/22658, File No. 1637, by our client, Rose Constance Mwando, formerly known as Rose Constance Zale, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rose Constance Zale, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rose Constance Mwando, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rose Constance Mwando only.
