THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Abdullahi Huri Ibrahim and (2) Fatuma Abdi Ali, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1148 acre or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa County, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XII/36, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas the parcel of land was illegally transferred from Ibrahim Aden, the biological father to Abdillahi Huri and husband to Fatuma Abdi Ali, notice is given that within seven (7) days, the original title must be surrendered for rectification of the register to restore the ownership to Huri Ibrahim Aden, failure to which the office shall proceed and expunge the wrong entries and rectify the register accordingly uner section 72(2) of the Act.
