TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023
By (1) Isaac Mataka Munyasia, (2) Ibrahim Munyasa, (3) Subira
Wagene Khier Bilali and (4) Daniel Kitonyi Munyasia, all of P.O. Box
039–80122, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Mataka Munyasia, who died at Mombasa, on 1st
June, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
