TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025 By (1) Jumwa Karisa Kahindi, (2) Carlos Kazungu Karisa, (3) Hamisi Karisa and (4) Alfred Tune kahindi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kahindi Tunje, who died on 13th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2025 By (1) Jumwa Kazungu Katana and (2) James Ngumbao Kazungu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Katana Kalama, who died on 12th December, 1998. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025 By (1) Kubahatisha Kiti Nyale, (2) Rehema Nyale Kiti and (3) Hamisi Nyale Kiti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabu Sanga Kuloha, who died on 11th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
