TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By (1) John Njoroge Mburu and (2) Daniel Kariithi Wangonyo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Wangonyo Gachie alias Harun Wangoyo Gachie, who died at Limunga, on 13th September, 2003.
