Box 97, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kivindu Murathi alias Kibindu Murathi, who died at Mugaari, Kiambere, Embu, on 7th October, 1989. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2025 By Nyaga Gichoni, of P.O. Box 95, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichoni Gitune, who died at Evurore Sub-location, on 7th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2025 By Kenedy Kariuki Gatu, of P.O. Box 226–60113, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mugo Njeru alias Mugo Njeru, who died at Embu, on 30th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
