E6 OF 2025 By Lameck Mukumbo Mulwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Mukumbo Mulwa, who died at Wee, on 1st October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By Thomas Mwama Kasimu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndumwa Kasimu Nzili, who died at Mulili, on 10th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By (1) Aaron Weka Nguke and (2) Laban Wambua Ngule, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Ngule Kavinya alias Timothy Kavinya alias Timothy Ngule, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Kasika Kimuyu, (2) Mathendu Kimuyu, (3) Nicholas Kyengo Kimuyu and (4) Gladys Kamene Kimuyu, all of P.O. Box 1– 90129, Ngwata in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kimuyu Kyengo, who died at Muthingini Sub- location, on 9th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By (1) Thomas Wambua Nzulee and (2) Josephine Kamende Nzulee, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nzulee Kau alias Nzulee Kau alias Nzule Kau, who died at Ngakaa Sub-location, on 5th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
