TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025
By Joseph Otieno Arogo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Bodo Rakwaro alias Agnes Bodo, who died on 1st February, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E285 OF 2025
By Margaret Joram Osumba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Duda Osumba, who died on 2nd November, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E406 OF 2025
By (1) John Olum Ganda, (2) Rose Achieng Okumu and (3) Erick
Otieno Obunge, the deceased’s cousin, sister-in-law and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pedo Orwa, who died on 17th August, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
