TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025 By Hellen Musimbi Kiptarus, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Kiptarus Mavisi, who died at Gamoi Sub-location, on 15th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2025 By (1) Jacob Mafwenyi Moshi and (2) Evans Jisuveyi Aligula, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Khalivitsa alias Sarah Khalibisi, who died at Senende Sub-location, on 1st January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
