IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (3) (a) of the Warehouse Receipt System Act, as read with Section 51 (1) of the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— PATRICK MUKUNDI MBOGO to be the Chairperson of the Warehouse Receipt System Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th February, 2026.
