REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rose Warau Maina and (2) Grace Nyambura Maina, both of P.O. Box 10027–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as Maisonette No. 3 erected on L.R. No. 1/446, situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 95429/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
