THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lul Mursal Mohamed, of P.O. Box 80409–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 0.0318 acre or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 11714/II/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 52785, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
