REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Madina Muhamed Mumin, of P.O. Box 80376, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as 15161/I/MN, registered as C.R. 54207 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a new title title provided that no objection has been received.
