REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Juliah Ayuma Opilo, of P.O. Box 1–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0148 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as 15161/I/MN, registered under title No. Mombasa/Ziwa La Ngombe S. S./878, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a Deed of Indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Indemnity and issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (3).
