REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yusuf Ashur Ahmed, of P.O. Box 80000 – 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land known as L.R. 6th February, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE No. 2773/I/MN, containing 0.1410 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and registered as CR. 25830, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the registered owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
