REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Angela Nyaboke Aencha (deceased) succession Cause No. E227 of 2022, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in Kisii County, registered under title No. Central Kitutu/Daraja Mbili/826, containing 0.37 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
