THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hastings Ambari Mwadena, (2) Mae Mwadena Ambari, and (3) Konde Mwadena Ambari, of P.O. Box 1279 Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya (administrators) of the estate of Bemaye Ambari Mwadena (deceased), are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Mgumopatsa/Mazeras/740, situate in Kilifi County, containing 5.01 hectares or thereabout, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
