REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kazungu Charo Mweni, of P.O. Box 1055 – 80200 Malindi within Kilifi County in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property of land, known as Malindi/Ramada/220, situate in Kilifi County, containing 11.8 hectares or thereabout, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
