REGISTRATION

WHEREAS CMC Holding Limited, of P.O. Box 30135–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership of plot No. 1982/V/MN on interest of all that piece of land, situate on Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as under title No. CR. 33111, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
