THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tamleen Holdings Limited, of P.O. Box 42558, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/178, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and registered as CF. 44247, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the title has been lost, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33(5) of the land act. Dated the 6th February, 2026. M. C.
