THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Mdoma Mwakio, of P.O. Box 3479–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Mombasa/Mwembelegeza/570, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and registered in Mombasa Land registry, and whereas the environment and Land court at Mombasa has issued a decree from ELC Case No. 95 of 2020 vesting the plot in favour of Michael Mdoma Mwakio, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the original file register (green card) in respect of the title has been lost, and whereas Michael Mdoma Mwakio has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
