REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Gathenya Chuhi (ID/1865457), of P.O. Box 519, Kalimoni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in all that piece of land, situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/9513, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register of the said piece of land is lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
