THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Simiyu Wakwabubi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 23.5 hectares or thereabout, known as W. Bukusu/E. Siboti/139, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas in the ELC at BungomaCase No. ELCC/E01/2022, the proprietor obtained the land tile deed through succession to hold in trsut and has never transferred the land to the beneficiaries who have been in adverse possession of the said piece of land, and whereas the court has dismissed the palintiff’s claim seeking eviction of the defendants from the said piece of land, and wereas the defendant’s claim of adverse possession is allowed in its entirety with costs, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I will dispense with the said surrender of old title and issue a new land title deed in the names of the defendant on that piece of land known as W.
