THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bernice Njambi Waweru and (2) Francis Waweru Macharia, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 15/573, situate in Nakuru District, and whereas in the Environmental and Land Court of Kenya at Nakuru law court in ELC Suit No. 199 of 2021 decreed the land registrar Nakuru to rectify the register by registering plaintiff as the sole proprietor of the suit land in place of the defendant who is the current registered owner, whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to register the the decree and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Bernice Njambi Waweru and (2) Francis Waweru Macharia shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
