THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muiruri Kimama alias Muiruri Itimama (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as title No. Kiganjo/Gatei/308, containing 7.8 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E361 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Robert Kimonye Muiruri (ID/6240176), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Muiruri Kimama alias Muiruri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Robert Kimonye Muiruri (ID/6240176), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muiruri Kimama alias Muiruri Itimama (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
