THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Makathimo Miruri alias M’Makathimo Miruri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.41 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Meru County, registered under title No. Nkuene/Kathera/834, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nkubu in Succession Cause No. 37 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jane Kagendo Nahason, as an administrator and beneficiary, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and 42 in favour of Jane Kagendo Nahason, as an administrator and beneficiary, and upon such registration, the certificate of title issued earlier to the said Makathimo Miruri alias M’Makathimo Miruri (deceased) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
