THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Job John Mwawongo Mwakughu and (2) Joyce Kambe Mwachia, are registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest in all that piece of land, containing 1.2124 hectares or thereabout, situate in Taita Taveta County, registered as under the title Taveta/Taveta Scheme Phase 2/2501, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Taveta MCELC Case No. E30/2023 vide a decree dated 29th May, 2025 ordered and decreed Christopher Jumanne Lesieki the sole legal owner of Taveta/Taveta Scheme Phase 2/2501, and ordered (1) Job John Mwawongo Mwakughu and (2) Joyce Kambe Mwachia, to surrender the title deed for cancellation, and whereas Job John Mwawongo Mwakughu and (2) Joyce Kambe Mwachia, have refused to surrender the original title deed for cancellation, notice is given that the title deed held by Job John Mwawongo Mwakughu and (2) Joyce Kambe Mwachia, shall be cancelled within thirty (30) days from the date hereof, and I shall proceed to rectify the register by registering Christopher Jumanne Lesieki as the lawful owner of the said land parcel as ordered by court and the title deed in the names of (1) Job John Mwawongo Mwakughu and (2) Joyce Kambe Mwachia shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
