NOTICE is given that a bankruptcy petition in respect of Joash Omwenga of Nairobi was presented to the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, Commercial Division on the 18th September, 2025 by Susan Warau Wangai, of P.O. Box 79266, that the said petition is directed to be Mentioned before the High Court, Commercial and Tax Division sitting at Nairobi, Milimani Law Courts on the 23rd October, 2025, at 9.00 O’clock or soon thereafter and any other creditor of the said Joash Omwenga desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the said mention in person or by his advocate for that purpose and a copy of the Petition shall be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
