the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

(Cap. 38)

SETTLEMENT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of the following motor vehicles lying at AutoBoss Technics and Spares, situated along the Southern Bypass, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all outstanding charges and any other incidental costs incurred by the custodian, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty, and the proceeds therefrom or part thereof shall be applied towards the settlement of the outstanding charges without any further reference to the owners.
