REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the various owners of Motor Vehicle Registration Nos. KBQ 338U, Isuzu NQR and KAK 009H Audi, to collect the said respective motor vehicles from the premises of Purple Royal Auction and Storage Yard, along Kiambu Road, near Wonderjoy Gardens, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage and other related and accrued charges levied upon the respective Motor Vehicles. FURTHER notice is given that should the respective owners of the uncollected motor vehicles fail to pay up, take delivery and remove the said motor vehicles within the prescribed period above, the respective motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the respective owners whatsoever.
