REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the motor vehicle registration KDE 895G, Volkswagen Passat-Jetta, currently lying at our Godown within Fedha Estate Gate 1, along Outering Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all accrued charges that includes cost of this publication, failure to which the same shall be disposed off by way of either public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner(s) and the proceeds therefore or part thereof be defrayed against all the accrued charges and any other incidental costs incurred.
