REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle registration Nos. KCJ 433E and KCN 069V, which are currently lying within the premises of Auto Zone Ventures Limited, located along Dakar Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated cost of repairs, storage charges, security and other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken.
