NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of KCP 299M, Toyota MarkX, which is lying at Baharons Eden Company Limited, Garage Service Department, located at Hopewell Industrial Area next to Tusker Distributors opposite Isuzu, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all repair or service charges, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds therefrom shall be defrayed against all the outstanding amount owing.
