REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of Disposal of Uncollected goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the Owners/Custodians, Bernard Langat of motor vehicle registration No. KCN 654U, Toyota Probox which is lying idle after repair at Salesio Kinyua Auto Garage and unclaimed to collect the said Motor vehicle at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice and upon payment of all repair and storage charges totaling KSh. 447,500 as at the time of this advert plus auctioneers charges and any other costs incurred. Failure to which Race course Auctioneers, Nairobi, shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicle by a way of public auction on behalf of Salesio Kinyua Auto Garage if it remains uncollected without any further notice to the owner and proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding repair, storage and auctioneers charges.
