NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 664, in Volume D1, Folio 21/178, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Evans Gekone Motaseni Ongwangwa, of P.O. Box 10350–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Evans Gekone Ongwangwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Evans Gekone Ongwangwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Evans Gekone Motaseni Ongwangwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Evans Gekone Motaseni Ongwangwa only.
