NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 547 in Volume DI, Folio 1319/1520, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Lily Buerk, of P.O. Box 98807–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lily Burk, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lily Burk and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lily Buerk, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lily Buerk only.
