Box 50994– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Beatrice Helena Waruguru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Beatrice Helena Waruguru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Beatrice Waruguru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Beatrice Waruguru only.
