NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 608, in Volume DI, Folio 924/3908, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Halima Rashid Abdikadir, formerly known as Halima Ismael Rashid, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Halima Ismael Rashid and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Halima Rashid Abdikadir for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Halima Rashid Abdikadir only.
