NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 353, in Volume DI, Folio 12/97, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Dennis Kipyegon Keith, of P.O. Box 24760–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dennis Kipyegon, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dennis Kipyegon and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dennis Kipyegon Keith for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address his by him assumed name Dennis Kipyegon Keith only.
