IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Urban
Areas and Cities Act, 2011, I, George Natembeya, Governor, Trans
Nzoia County, appoint—

Joan Nafuna Wekesa – Member
Haron Njuguna Ng’ang’a – Member to be Chairperson and Members of the Kiminini Town Committee, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th February, 2026.
