APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 (3) (a) and
(g) of the Public Finance Management (National Government
Affirmative Action Fund) Regulations, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for
Gender, Culture and Children Services appoints—
REBECCA GHATI MAROA to be a Member and the Non-Executive Chairperson of the National
Government Affirmative Action Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th February, 2026.
