REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Gut Ventures Limited, of P.O. Box 46385–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/3007/3, situate in the city of
Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as IR.
80092/1 (formally IR 7305) and determined of the Court in
MCCOMMSU No. E1528 of 2021, and whereas the office has received Court Ruling dated the 6th September, 2021 MCCOMMSU
No. E1528 of 2021 for registration, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate provided that no objection has been received within that period.
